Somatic Yoga Group

Our SOMATIC YOGA sessions are available every Saturday. If you want a more serene approach to the practice, this class is for you. We focus on exploring the body from within as opposed to achieving difficult poses. This form of yoga involves slower, more fluid movements and lots of deep breathing. You will learn how to reduce stress, release tension, improve posture and elevate your overall well-being. Come and experience the healing power of somatics!
Solo Yoga Session
1 hour 30 minutes @ $25.00
Our SOLO YOGA sessions are available every Sunday and individually curated for you. We create space for you to align your mind, body and spirit with a personalized touch through one on one guidance. We will explore gentle and effective techniques to soothe your nervous system, enhance your resilience and nurture your path to healing.
